Ron works for Edge Media inc. as a full-time Filemaker developer & software trainer. His duties often take him into the Emergency 9-1-1 world to support the installation of new maps and call software for one of the largest manufacturers of 9-1-1 equipment in the world. In his travels across the country, he loves to come across the great stories we encounter in the world of dispatchers, police, fire, EMS and support staff. Ron lives in Colorado Springs, CO with his wife and three children.
